 Andrew is also responsible for the implementation and development of Health and Safety and Quality Assurance across RG Spiller Limited.

Employment History

Andrew has been employed by RG Spiller since August 1984 with thirty years experience in the construction industry as a Surveyor / Contracts Manager / Contracts Director and now Managing Director.

Andrew’s extensive construction experience includes heritage, commercial, education, housing, new build, refurbishment and small works.

Has broad experience of all aspects of the industry with particular responsibility for business strategy including the continual improvement of the company’s resources and capabilities. Andrew is also responsible for improving RG Spiller’s financial position and standing, increasing the company’s strengths and the continuation to flourish and share knowledge via the business and subcontractors.

Ensuring that the business takes full advantage of future opportunities and correcting any weaknesses in a proactive manner. Previous experience in the project management of various construction projects includes: cost forecasting and value engineering together with experience of managing contracts from tender stage / negotiation through to completion having an in depth knowledge of the construction process.

Andrew also has overall responsibility for Health and Safety issues within the company and implementation of Quality Assurance procedures.
